The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Electrical Energy - Medium And/Or Low Voltage And The Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of The State Agency State Reserve And Wartime Stocks (Da Drvvz), For A Period Of 2 Years. The Purpose Of Awarding The Public Contract Is To Select An Electricity Supplier And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, By Concluding A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee), Namely The Purchase Of Electricity And Payment For All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As A Final Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Or The Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period. The Total Estimated Amount For A Period Of 24 Months Is 5,812,906 Mwh Of Net Active Electrical Energy, Medium And/Or Low Voltage. The Estimated Amount Is Determined On The Basis Of Consumed Amounts Of Electrical Energy By The Contracting Authority For 12 (Twelve) Months.
