There Are Seven (7) Senior’S Apartments Listed Within That Are Owned By Alberta Social Housing Corporation (Ashc) And Managed By Gef Seniors Housing. Gef On Behalf Of Ashc Is Solicitating For A Price To Refurbish 7 Unit Renewals In Vacant Units And Upgrade Tub To Showers Only In Three (3) Occupied Units. The Requirements Within Each Unit Will Include A Variety Of Trade Work, Including Painting, Ceiling Texture Touch-Ups, Drywall Repairs, Flooring, Cabinets, Countertops, Tile Backsplash, Plumbing/Mechanical, Tub To Shower Conversions, Electrical, Closet Doors, Door Hardware, And Where Noted, Abatement Of Hazardous Materials Containing Asbestos Or Unforeseen Mold. For Shower Upgrades In 3 Occupied Units, Which Must Be Fully Completed Within A 72 Hour (3 Business Days) Turnaround, The Requirements Include Demo, All Mechanical, Complete Finished Plumbing And Related Trade Work And Touch Ups. Note That These Tenants Shall Have Access To Their Toilet For The Duration Of The Work. This Project Includes All Labour, Supervision, Materials, Permits And Equipment Necessary To Complete The 7 Vacant Renewal Units Within Three (3) Months Of Contract Award. The Shower Upgrades Only In Occupied Units, To Be Completed Within Three Days Must Be Completed Within The Same Contract Term. The Successful Contractor Must Possess The Ability To Start Continuous Work Within Two Weeks Of The Contract Award Of Receiving The Ashc Letter Of Acceptance.
