Consolidation Of Land, Rzymkowice District, Korfonów Commune, Nysa Poviat, Opole Voivodeship - Construction Work - Stage Iii Subject Scope Of The Order: The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Third Stage Of Construction Works As Part Of The Post-Merger Development Of The Operation Entitled Consolidation Of Land, Rzymkowice District, Korfonów Commune, Nysa Poviat, Opole Voivodeship In The Scope Presented On The Overview Map Attached To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Reconstruction And Renovation Of Agricultural Roads Km - 0.430 Km (D-36) B) Construction And Reconstruction Of Culverts Pcs. – 1 (P-1). The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Surveying Services At His Own Expense For The Investment Indicated Above From Its Beginning To The End Of The Task, Which Should Be Included In The Costs Of Carrying Out The Works. The Contractors Scope Also Includes The Preparation Of As-Built Surveying Documentation (In 4 Copies) In Accordance With Art. 57 Of The Construction Law. The Inventory Should Be Prepared Together With A Summary Of The Quantity Of Basic Works. The Contractor Will Provide And Include In The Offer The Cost Of Archaeological And Sapper Supervision, If Necessary. Persons Performing Archaeological And Sapper Supervision Should Have Appropriate Documents/Certificates And Permits. The Subject Of The Order Includes A Traffic Organizational Plan For The Duration Of The Investment And After Its Completion - In The Scope Of Development And Approval Of The Target Road Traffic Organization. The Contractor Will Report To The Relevant Authorities The Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works And The Permanent Traffic Organization After The Work Is Completed. The Contractor Will, At His Own Expense, Secure The Work Area Against Access By Third Parties. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Detailed Design, Technical Specifications And Bill Of Quantities. After Completing The Work, The Contractor Will Prepare An Inspection Report (As-Built Documentation). The Contractor Will Use All Possible Financial Measures So As Not To Create Any Difficulties In The Use Of Technical Infrastructure, Facilities Or Access To Public Roads During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Taking Into Account Temporary Difficulties Resulting From The Technology Of Construction Works. However, Due To The Specificity Of Works In The Field - Crops On The Land, The Works Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way That There Is Access To The Land By Their Owners. Access To The Designated Section Of The Works Must Be Maintained In A Condition No Worse Than Before The Construction Site Was Handed Over. For This Occasion, The Contractor Will Prepare Photographic Documentation, And In The Event Of Damage To Roads, Access Roads And Other Plots, The Contractor Will Pay Compensation To The Owner.
