The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Ground Floor Premises Of The Pcim Municipal Office Building As Part Of The Task: Task 1. Operation And Operation Of The Municipal Waste Management System In The Office, Task 2. Operation And Operation Of The Population Register, Taxes, Registry Office, Office Cash Register, Task 3. Operation And Operation Functioning Of The Eco-Advisor - Within The Scope Of The Project: Implementation Of The Air Protection Program In The Pcim Commune By Employing An Eco-Advisor The Subject Of The Investment Is The Renovation Of Rooms Located On The Ground Floor Of The Building Of The Pcim Commune Office. The Renovation Will Involve The Installation Of New Installations: Mechanical Supply And Exhaust Ventilation And Electric Ventilation. The Renovation Will Include The Installation Of Floors, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering Of Walls, Painting Of Floors And Ceilings, Wall Cladding, Replacement Of Door Joinery And The Indicated Window Joinery, And Equipping The Rooms With Office Furniture And Other Office Equipment. All Construction Works Are Aimed At Adapting Existing Rooms To Office Work. Construction And Installation Works Will Be Carried Out On The Ground Floor Of The Building And In The Toilet Room On The First Floor (Room Marked In The Drawing). Renovation Works Include Preparatory, Installation, Construction And Finishing Works. As Regards Construction Works, It Is Planned To Demolish The Walls Indicated In The Design Documentation And The New Functional Division Made Using The Designed Walls. It Is Planned To Level And Unify The Floor Level On The Entire Floor, Including Room No. 0.9 (Office Room - Ticket Office) With The Rest Of The Rooms On The Ground Floor. The Designed Rooms Will Be Equipped With A New Mechanical Supply And Exhaust Ventilation System And Electric Ventilation, As Intended. It Is Planned To Provide Power Supply To: New Ceiling Lamps (Flat Led Panels Intended For Installation In Suspended Ceilings), Two Internal Doors With An Electric Strike, Access Card Readers, Plug Sockets And Two Tv Sets. It Is Planned To Replace The Cast Iron Radiators With Panel Radiators Along With Connection To The Existing Central Heating Installation And Installation Of A Water Heater. The Heater Is Planned To Be Placed Above The Main Entrance To The Building, Connected To The Existing Central Heating Installation And Equipped With A Door Opening Sensor. In The Scope Of Water And Sewage Installation, Replacement Of The Sanitary Sewage System Marked On The Drawing. The Rooms Will Be Provided With Adequate Ventilation Air Exchange For Each Employee Through The Installation Of Supply And Exhaust Ventilation With Heat Recovery Based On A Supply And Exhaust Ventilation Unit (Recuperator).
