The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Consisting In Reconstruction Of The W2 Heating Substation In Pavilion No. 2 In Prison No. 1 In Wrocław In The Design And Build System. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed On The Basis Of The Assumptions Adopted In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Other Conditions And Rules Regarding The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract.5.1. The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Complete Design And Implementation Documentation Along With Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Including Arrangements, E.G. With The Office Of Technical Inspection, A Fire Expert. (If Required),2) Obtaining All Administrative Decisions Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order (If Necessary),3) Performing Authors Supervision,4) Carrying Out Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Heating Station (Including Dismantling The Existing Piping And Old Devices) Resulting From The Approved Construction Design, 5) Removal And Disposal Of Dismantled Building Materials And Debris, 6) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.
