1. The Subject Of The Order Is Conservation And Restoration Works, Including Fire Protection. Next To The Manor House Used By The Dps. Leon And Maria Janta - Połczyński In Wysoka Located On Plots With Registration Numbers 15/1, 15/3, 15/4 And 15/12 Located At Wysoka 16 In The Design-Build Formula. 2. The Order Is Co-Financed By The Government Program For The Reconstruction Of Monuments.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation In Accordance With All Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions, And Transfer Of All Copyrights To The Above Documentation To The Ordering Party, 2) Execution Of Construction Works (Specified In The Functional And Utility Program) In Accordance With The Contract Developed By The Contractor And Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Applicable Law And Construction Practices.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes Annex No. 8 To The Terms Of Reference. 5. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Conservation And Restoration Work, Including, Among Others: Balcony, Main Entrance, Main Internal Stairs, Stairs To The Basement, Chimneys, Decorative Flower Pots On The Roof, 2) Partial Replacement Of Windows And Doors, 3) Filling Of Defects In The Façade Including Painting, 4) Purchase And Installation Of A Water Pressure Boosting Pump Along With Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Internal And External Installations Of The Building To Ensure Its Proper Fire Protection,5) Replenishing Plaster On The Walls,6) Replenishing Paint On Walls And Ceilings,7) Replenishing Paint On Doors.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit All Developed Design Documentation In Printed And Electronic Form. 7. Design Documentation Should Be Consistent With Applicable Regulations, Including The Construction Law, Polish Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Ordering Partys Recommendations, As Well As In Accordance With The Submitted Offer And The Functional And Utility Program.8. The Contractor, Without Additional Remuneration, Undertakes To: 1) In The Scope Of Preparing Design Documentation: A) Ensuring The Participation In The Development Of The Design Of Persons With Construction Qualifications For Design In The Appropriate Specialty And Mutual Technical Coordination Of Design Studies Prepared By These Persons, B) Developing Input Data For Design , Carrying Out Additional Tests And Analyzes Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of Design Documentation, C) Obtaining Excerpts From The Land Register, D) Developing Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Document Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works, E) Obtaining All Required Opinions, Decisions And Documentation Arrangements On Our Own , Necessary To Obtain A Document Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works, F) Preparing And Submitting An Application For A Construction Permit, G) Agreeing O
