The Task Includes The Purchase Of Photovoltaic Installations And Their Delivery, Assembly And Connection To The Network In Facilities Located In The Czastary Commune: 1) Primary School In Parcice With A Capacity Of 8.74 Kwp, 2) Krzyż Water Treatment Plant (Suw) With A Capacity Of 26, 68 Kwp, (Max 27 Kwp)3) Water Treatment Plant (Suw) Czastary With A Power Of 26.68 Kwp, (Max 27 Kwp)4) Kindergarten In Kąty Walichnowskie With A Power Of 6.44 Kwp,5) Primary School In Czastary With Power 25.76 Kwp. (Max 26 Kwp) The Ordering Party Allows A Power Tolerance Of +/- 0.5 Kwp, Provided That The Power Cannot Exceed The Maximum Powers Given Above.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Works And Deliveries At Each Of The Above-Mentioned Facilities, Which Include In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Technical Documentation - Design Together With Obtaining The Required Regulations, Permits And Notifications, Including, Among Others: Agreement With A Fire Protection Expert In Terms Of Compliance With Fire Protection Requirements And Preparation Of A Study Containing Calculations Showing The Achievement Of The Assumed Energy And Ecological Effects. The Contractor Will Submit The Study To The Ordering Party Within 2 Weeks Of The Ordering Partys Approval Of The Presented Project Concept; 2) Delivery Of Components And Materials Needed To Complete The Task, Installation Of Photovoltaic Sets And Execution Of Electrical And Communication Connections, Components And Materials Needed To Complete The Order Must Be Brand New And Not Older Than 2024, 3) Connection Of The Monitoring And Control System Photovoltaic Installation, 4) Commissioning Of The Photovoltaic Installation, Inspections, Tests, Commissioning Of The Installation, 5) Measurements Of Electrical Installations Required By Relevant Regulations, 6) Configuration Of All Inverters, Connections To The Users Internet Network And Integration With One System To Monitor Energy Production And Ecological Benefits And Control The Operation Of Photovoltaic Installations From The System Level. 7) Training Users On The Principles Of Proper Operation Of The Installed Installations, Together With The Development Of Operating Instructions And Their Submission8) Preparation And Delivery Of As-Built Documentation,9) Reporting The Connection Of Micro-Installations To The Power Grid After Completion Of Installation And Acceptance Of Works,10) Reporting The Installation To The Appropriate Fire Brigade Unit Based On The Authorization Granted By The Ordering Party11) Providing Service And Technical Advice. If Necessary, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Execution, The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works, Including In Particular: 1) Installation Of The Necessary Structure For Photovoltaic Panels 2) Construction Of Passages Through Partitions (Walls, Ceilings) For Cables And Their Protection;3) Construction Of Culverts In The Places Of Cable Route Crossings And Their Sealing;4) Carrying Out Cleaning Works A
