The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Various Types Of Medical Devices/Consumables. When Considering The Offers, The Appointed Committee Will Apply The So-Called Reversed Order, On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Zop, In Connection With Art. 61 Of Ppzop. The Term Of Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months; The Validity Period Of The Offers Is 6 Months. The Contracting Authority Sets A Requirement For The Complexity Of The Bids For The Separate Items. A Participant Who Has Offered A Price Proposal With A Total Value Exceeding The Financial Resources That The Contracting Authority Can Provide For The Implementation Of The Allocated Position Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Allocated Position.
