The current landscaping at Ministry of transportation and Telecommunications head quarter and Air traffic control management building specifically was part of the project during building execution, and certain amounts was paid to the contractor to execute planting all the current trees, plants, and irrigation systems. Therefore, this landscaping contract will treat and maintain all the landscaping in good condition and to be presentable during the year by mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and general upkeep of the grounds and to maintain the irrigations system in good working condition.
