The Gpmnsn Produces A Magazine Called “West Link” With Three To Four Annual Issues Which Allows It: -To Present Its Activity And That Of The Actors Established In Its Area Between Nantes And Saint-Nazaire; -To Promote Knowledge Of The Territory On In Which It Intervenes; -To Promote Its Role Of Interface With The Rest Of The World. To Do This, The Gpmnsn Communications Department Requests The Contribution Of A Service Provider For The Writing Of Its Content. A Service Of Writing Articles For The Website May Also Be Requested From Time To Time From The Service Provider. The Services Are Detailed In The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp).
