The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Supply Of Reagents And Consumables For The Needs Of A Clinical Laboratory Of Dkc-Iii-Pleven Eood, For A Period Of Three (Three) Years With The Following Six Separate Positions: Separate Heading No. 1 Reagents And Consumables For Closed System Type Apparatus, With Eight Subheadings Included; Separate Position No. 2 Immunoturbidimetry Reagents; Separate Item No. 3 Closed System Immunoanalyzer Lifotronic; Specific Item No. 4 Open Channel Reagents To Bs 200 E; Separate Position No. 5 General Laboratory Consumables For Taking Blood; Separate Item No. 6 Express Tests / Cassette Type The Total Maximum Estimated Value Of This Public Procurement For A Period Of Three Years Is Up To Bgn 511,130.00 (Five Hundred And Eleven Thousand And One Hundred And Thirty Bgn) Excluding Vat. Term Of The Contract For Each Of The Individual Positions: The Term Of The Contract Starts From The Date Of Its Signing By Both Parties And Is Up To 3 (Three) Years Or Until The Maximum Value Is Reached, Depending On Which Of The Two Circumstances Occurs Earlier. . Deadline For The Execution Of Individual Deliveries For Each Individual Item: Depending On The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority, The Same Shall State In Writing The Quantities That Need To Be Delivered, And The Deliveries Will Be Made Periodically, Within A Period Of Up To 48 (Forty-Eight) Hours, And At Urgent Requests – Up To 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours From The Receipt Of The Relevant Request. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Extend The Term Of This Contract For The Execution Of The Order, In The Event That There Is An Unexploited Financial Resource, I.E. The Limit Value Of The Contract Has Not Been Reached. The Term Of The Contract Is Automatically Extended Until The Unused Financial Resource Is Reached, I.E. Until The Limit Value Of The Contract Is Reached. In Case Of Application Of The Option Clause, The Contractor Undertakes To Extend The Period Of Validity Of The Performance Guarantee Presented By Him, In Accordance With The Extended Period Of The Contract.
