Cleaning Services – Copenhagen Bus Terminal, Facility Management, Soft. On 29 October 2020, The Ministry Of Transport And Housing And The Municipality Of Copenhagen Entered Into An Agreement To Jointly Build A Bus Terminal Located At Dybbølsbro In Copenhagen. The Bus Terminal Must Be Used For Disembarking And Boarding Passengers With Long-Distance Buses With Arrivals To And Departures From Copenhagen. The Municipality Of Copenhagen Can Decide That, In Addition To Long-Distance Buses, The Terminal Must Also Be Used By Buses In Public Service Traffic And Tourist Buses. The State At The Roads Directorate Is The Developer Of The Facility, Which Is Transferred To Copenhagen Municipalitys Ownership At The End Of The Establishment. The Bus Terminal Is Located On An Area At Dybbølsbro Station Between The Railway Site And Carsten Niebuhrs Gade. The Area Is Separated Into Its Own Cadastral Register. The Bus Terminal Contains 15 Bus Stops (12 Spaces For 15 Meter Buses And 3 Spaces For 18 Meter Buses), And Is Designed To Be Able To Service Up To 195 Buses On A Weekday. The Bus Terminal Also Consists Of A Terminal Building With Waiting Facilities, Kiosk, Traffic Information System And Wayfinding As Well As Stairs And Lift To Dybbølsbro. Furthermore, The Bus Terminal Consists Of Parking Spaces For Taxis, Kiss-And-Go, Disabled Parking And Bicycle Parking. According To The Agreement Between The State And The Municipality Of Copenhagen, The Municipality Can Choose To Let Movia Be Responsible For Running The Bus Terminal, And In The Basis From March 2018 For The Copenhagen Municipalitys Decision About Participating In The Establishment Of The Bus Terminal, It Is Assumed That Movia Must Operate The Bus Terminal: Direct Operating Responsibility Placed With Movia Implies, Among Other Things, That Movia Will Be Responsible For Running The Area Itself, Including Maintenance, Cleaning Etc. Movia Will Have The Direct Operating Responsibility, Both Towards The Municipality Of Copenhagen And The Bus Operators Who Use The Facility. This Tender Concerns Facility Management, Soft I.E. Operation And Maintenance In The Form Of Interior And Exterior Cleaning Of And At The Bus Terminal, Including Window Polishing. There Will Be An Opportunity To Extend The Agreement By 2X12 Months.
