Request for proposals are invited for Concept Notes for Activities to Support Palestinian Vision for Conflict Resolution Due Diligence Review: · Potentially selected applicants will be required to submit supporting documents such as certificates of incorporation, tax registration, audited financial statements, proof of legal compliance, and any other relevant documentation. · ASI will verify the submitted information through internal checks, which may involve contacting references, third parties, and conducting searches against public records, sanctions lists, and other relevant databases. · This review will assess the organisations legal standing, financial health, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The submission of information and documentation as part of this process does not guarantee funding or any other form of support. ASI reserves the sole discretion to determine whether to issue funds or enter into agreements with potential applicants based on a comprehensive evaluation of all submissions.
