The Current Tender Relates To The Tender Of Total Consultancy In Relation To The Task Below: The City Council Of Sønderborg Municipality Has Approved An Adjusted Plan For The Renovation Of Nordborg School, Which Will Improve The Physical Framework For The School. The Original Master Plan Was Approved Two Years Ago, But Was Adjusted Earlier In The Summer Of 2024. Construction Is Planned In Stages So That The School Can Continue Its Daily Operations Throughout The Redevelopment. The Renovation Project At Nordals Skole Focuses On Optimizing And Modernizing The Existing Buildings And Facilities, While At The Same Time Reducing The Schools Total Area. The Project Includes An Extensive Rebuilding And Renovation Of Several Wings And Intermediate Buildings, Where The Old School And Several Intermediate Buildings Are To Be Demolished. The Renovation Also Includes Moving The Main Entrance And Converting Existing Rooms Into New Teaching And Teacher Rooms. The Schools Outdoor Areas Must Be Rearranged With A Focus On Green Areas, Playgrounds And Learning Environments, And The Traffic Conditions Around The Main Entrance Will Be Improved With New Parking And Cycle Path Connections. The Overall Planning Must Create Functional And Modern Learning Environments That Match The Schools Educational Goals, While Effectively Reducing The Area To Create A More Streamlined And User-Friendly School. The Total Consultancy Includes The Design Of Layout Proposals/Project Proposals, Authority Projects, Tender Projects, Contract Tenders (Main Contractor) And Implementation Projects. Total Adviser Is Responsible For Authority Petitions, Design Management, Construction Management, Professional Supervision, Follow-Up, Ict Management, And Working Environment Coordination (P+B). The Total Construction Budget Is Budgeted At Approx. 71 Million Dkk Excl. Vat And Incl. Unforeseen Expenses, Together For Demolition, Conversion, Renovation And New Construction The Total Consultancy Tender Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation In Accordance With §§ 61-66 Of The Public Procurement Act With A Prior Pre-Qualification. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Conduct A Negotiation And Thus Award The Contract On The Basis Of The Initial Offer. The Timetable In The Tender Is Arranged So That A Round Of Negotiations Is Not Carried Out, But Is Awarded On The Basis Of The Initial Offer. If Negotiations Are Carried Out, The Timetable Will Be Shifted Accordingly.
