Dkk. Over 6 Years, However With A Maximum Value Of Dkk 12 Million Dkk. For Further Details Regarding The Acquisition, Please Refer To The Associated Appendices. The Total Acquisition Is Purchased For A Period Of 4 Years From The Signature Of The Framework Agreement With The Possibility Of Extension For 2 X 12 Months. Purchases Under The Framework Agreement Will Be Made By Direct Allocation To The Supplier That The Ordering Party Assesses Has Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Cf. Section 4.1.
