The Purpose Of The Public Contract Is To Achieve The Optimization Of Energy Management In The Heat Network Of The Czt Liberec System And The Implementation Of Rationalization Measures That Will Lead To Significant Energy Savings, Namely By Performing The Conversion Of The Connection Of The Steam Pipeline System Of The Czt System Of The Statutory City Of Liberec As Part Of The Greennet Iii Project And The Associated Adjustments To The Connections Of The Greennet Projects I, Greennet Ii And Heat Sources Used By The Client The Aim Is To Solve The Reduction Of Heat Losses Arising From The Transport Of Heat Energy In The Affected Part Of The Revitalized Heat Supply System. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract (Work) Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Work, Realized On The Basis Of The Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction, Which Was Processed By The Company Sitez, S.R.O., Registered Office Novoveská 3370, 415 01 Teplice, Ičo 28662814, Contract Number 22-067, Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Remaining Steam Pipeline Networks In Liberec For Hot Water. Namely, It Is A Project Revitalization Of Czt Liberec – Greennet Iii, D10 Resource Modification. The Subject Of The Work Is The Conversion Of The Steam Pipeline System Of The Czt System Of The City Of Liberec, Consisting Of The Connection To The Hot Water Distribution Systems Greennet Ii And Greennet Iii, The Modification Of The Steam Distribution Systems For The Greennet Iii Project, And The Related Modifications To The Connection Of The Heat Sources Used By The Client, Which Are Also Partially Changing The Medium From Water Vapor For Hot Water, Under The Conditions Specified In The Tender Documentation In The Form Of A So-Called Turnkey Delivery. The Work Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of The Client And The Adjacent Company Termizo, In Accordance With The Building Permit Provided By The Client. The Result Of The Work Will Be A Partial Change Of The Heat-Carrying Medium Of The Czt System From Water Vapor To Hot Water, Modification Of The Steam Water System And Construction Of The Pipeline Bridge And Storage Tanks. The Work Will Also Include Ensuring The Complete Continuity Of The New Equipment To The Czt System And The Contractors Heating Plant Equipment, In Particular Ensuring The Connection And Ensuring Compatibility With The I And Ii Parts Of The Green Net Ii And Green Net Iii Project Of The Czt System Of The City Of Liberec, Implemented During 2024 And In 2025. The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract And The Technical Conditions Are Set Out In The Procurement Documentation, Specifically In The Project Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction And In The Document Part Of The Project Documentation (Building Permit And Related Documents), Which Together Form Annex No. 4 Of The Procurement Conditions (Further On In The Text Also Project Documentation), In A Blind List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Measurements, Which Forms Appendix No. 5 Of The Tender Conditions (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Statement Of Measurements). The Contractors Obligations Are Further Specified In The Draft Contract For The Work, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of The Tender Conditions (In The Text Also Contract Or Draft Contract).
