Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Services by Communication Agency as Part of Media Coverage of Project Activities This project entitled "Strengthening the child protection system in the DRC" or in the national language "Tonga mpo na bolamu ya mwana" aims on the one hand to increase the protection of children and on the other hand, to have more respected rights for girls and boys in the DRC, in particular those in situations of deprivation of liberty, at risk or victims of economic or sexual exploitation. The project targets three profiles of children: those in situations of deprivation of liberty in prisons and state care and education establishments (EGEE), those at risk or victims of economic violence and those at risk or victims of sexual exploitation. The projects implementing partners are: - The children themselves - Civil society organizations - The deprivation of liberty sector - The labor sector - The tourism and travel sector The Price Proposed for the Services (Bid Price) must Detail All Taxes Relating to the Financial Proposal.
