Expression of Interest are invited for Technical Assistance of Innovative Approaches in Fight against Chronic Malnutrition Selection of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) for Technical Assistance of Innovative Approaches in the Fight Against Chronic Malnutrition in Kwilu Province The expression of interest file containing the reference of this Notice must be submitted to the address below no later than [7 November 2024 4 11 a.m. (Kinshasa time) and must contain: e. A letter of submission In a sealed envelope each, a technical proposal and a financial proposal; A detailed presentation of the Consultant indicating the name, contact persons, physical address, telephone numbers, email address, bank details; Copies of legal and administrative documents (notarial status, receipt, approval, legal personality, etc.); Proof of completion of similar missions (certificates of proper performance). The choice of the Consultant will be made according to the SFQC method (Selection based on quality and cost). The technical proposals will first be evaluated according to the qualification threshold set in this Notice, then the financial proposals of the qualified candidates will be opened. The financial proposal whose amount corresponds to the highest ranked technical proposal will be selected, and the consultant who submitted it will be invited to negotiate a contract.
