Plumbing throughout the building plaster and paint, ceiling joinery, non-teaching spaces, and new floor and wall coverings throughout the block. Provide built-in storage, shelving, and whiteboards. Replacement of mains electrical board, new wiring & outlets as per drawings, new exterior security lighting to main & student entrances. Design & build replacement of heat pumps throughout A Block to provide a design in accordance with MOE guidelines. Removal of existing fire panel & replacement with new type 4 system throughout A Block with smoke detectors, call points etc. .
