Related support will include training on use of the solution and customer support to ensure ongoing value. NZDF is looking for providers that have the capability , experience and infrastructure to deliver a solution that will support optimised maintenance data analysis and Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA). The solution must be scalable to support B575, P-8A and C-130J-30 initially , expanding to provide a high-fidelity operational quality assurance program across further aircraft fleets operated by the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF) as the FDM program matures during the term of the agreement. NZDF is fiscally constrained so it is important that the solution can be adjusted to meet budget availability and deliver value. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking responses from the market to provide information and capability relating to the requirements detailed in this RFP. The proposed term of the Agreement will be for four years with two right of renewal of three years.(4+3+3) Questions are encouraged and you may request that they are kept confidential providing that they are commercially sensitive.
