Oslo Municipality V/ Oslobygg Kf, Hereinafter Referred To As The Client, Invites To An Open Tender Competition In Connection With The Acquisition Of Haugesvei 9 And Åmotveien 8. Construction Of Two Identical Homes For Drug Addiction And Psychiatry On Two Plots Of Land With A Total Of 14 Housing Units And 2 Staff Bases. The Measures Are On Two Plots Of Land In The Nordre Aker District. The Homes Are Located At The Addresses Hauges Vei 9 In Tåsen And Åmotveien 8 In Korsvoll And Planning Permission Is Available For Both Plots. The Plots In Hauges Vei And Åmotveien Are So Similar In Shape That They Have Seen The Possibility Of Joint Projects. This Means That A Building Has Been Designed That Can Be Built At Both Addresses. The Two Existing Homes On The Plots Are Unsuitable And Unsuitable For Further Use And Will Be Demolished. Demolition Costs Must Be Included In The Offer.
