The Subject Of The Present Order Is The Development Of A Technical Investment Project, Implementation Of The Smr And Exercise Of Authors Supervision During The Construction Of An Object: Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Sports Complex Stadium Panayot Volov - Shumen. The Public Contract Includes Design, Cmr For The Site Provided For In The Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase, Which Will Be Prepared By The Future Contractor And Exercise Of Authors Supervision During Construction. The Project In The Technical Design Phase Should Be Developed For The Entire Site, Excluding The Commercial Building (A Public Building With Commercial-Administrative And Residential Functions) And Its Surrounding Space. A General Plan Of The Site Is Attached To The Technical Specifications For This Order, From Which It Is Clear That The Construction Is Planned To Be Carried Out In Three Independent Stages. The Subject Of The Construction And Authors Supervision Within The Framework Of This Order Is Only Stage 1.
