The Purpose Of Awarding The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electrical Energy And Payment For All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period. During The Delivery, The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And Electric Energy Should Be Delivered With Quality And In Order, According To The Provisions Of The Energy Act And The Other Legal Acts That Regulate Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electric Energy (Including Ptee , Pikee And The Regulations Issued On The Basis Of Ze). In The Capacity Of Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Shall Take Responsibility For Balancing, Include The Employer In The Balancing Energy Market As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group, Without The Employer Paying A Registration And Participation Fee, As Well As To Provide Forecasting Of The Clients Consumption, Including The Administration Of The Clients Consumption Hourly Schedules
