Tenders are invited for Kwaluseni Pipe Replacement Submissions are to be accompanied by an original receipt of SZL 1000.00 payable at any EWSC revenue, Valid Copy of Trading license, Form J (for company directors) and C (for company shareholding), valid tax compliance certificate, power of attorney, valid ENPF compliance certificate, police clearances for all Directors (document should not be more that 2 months old), valid Labor compliance certificate, certificate of incorporation, audited financial statements for the past two years, tender security bond of E20,000.00, valid CIC registration certificate and eligibility criteria filled in terms of the procurement Act. Bids not accompanied by these documents will not be evaluated. A compulsory site inspection will be held at Kwaluseni in Matsapha.
