This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By Genesis Reciprocal Insurance Exchange (“Genesis”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals To Become Qualified And Provide Legal Services In Alberta.Genesis (Genesis Reciprocal Insurance Exchange) Has Been In Operation Since 1986, When It Began Providing A Single Line Of Coverage (Property). It Has Since Grown To Provide Four Lines Of Coverage: Property, Liability, Automobile, And Cyber.In Alberta, Genesis Property Provides The Primary Layer Of Insurance On Approximately $15.7 Billion In Insured Assets. These Assets Include Rural And Urban Municipal Infrastructure, School Boards, Senior Housing, Rural Electrification Associations, Water Cooperatives And Other Non-Profit Organizations.
