Fh Has Chosen Not To Complete A Request For Proposal (Rfp) Process But Negotiate The Contemplated Contract For The Following Reasons: • Elander Inspection Ltd. Has Been Providing Owner’S Inspector Services For Asme B31.1 And B31.9 Compliance For The Project Since August 1St, 2023. • Elander Inspection Ltd. Has Established Working Relationships With The Fha Rch Redevelopment Project Team And The Design Builders Team, Including Its Mechanical Engineers And Tsbc. • Elander Inspection Ltd. Has Extensive Knowledge Of Pressure Piping Installations, Including Steam And Condensate Piping As Well As Hydronic Piping At The Rch Act Project Site. • Elander Inspection Ltd. Has Already Completed A Preceding Scope Of Work With Significant Relevance To Ongoing Activities. This Includes Reviewing The Design Builder’S Itps And Inspecting The Pressure Piping Installations And Witness Pressure Testing, Providing Consulting Services In Regular Meeting With The Design Builder’S Team And Ahj, Etc.
