Tenders Are Invited For Medical Transport Service By Type S Ambulance With A Trip Team

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Medical Services - Medical Transport In An S-Type Emergency Ambulance For Patients Of The Provincial Specialist Hospital In Legnica, Including Patients Infected With The Covid 19 Virus And Other Infectious Diseases Who Are In A State Of Direct Threat To Life, Requiring Quick Medical Intervention, Administration Of Non-Standard Drugs Or Conducting Close Supervision During Transport To The Hospital Or Other Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. 2. Medical Transport Services Will Be Provided 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Week, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Orders. 3. Transport Will Be Carried Out With A Specialist Team In The Following Way: A) Transport Of Patients Requiring Consultation With A Specialist Or Performing A Diagnostic Test In Another Medical Facility (Collection Of The Patient, Transport, Taking The Patient To The Place Of Consultation Or Examination, Transfer Of Medical Documentation, Collection Of The Patient After The Consultation Or Examination, Return Transport Of The Patient After Consultations/Examinations, Transfer Of The Patient And Medical Documentation), B) Transport Of Patients To Another Medical Facility In Order To Continue Treatment (Collection Of The Patient, Transport, Transfer Of The Patient And Medical Documentation).4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Composition Of The Transport Team, Which Will Include: A Doctor, A Paramedic - Driver And A Paramedic Or A Doctor, A Paramedic - Driver And A System Nurse (Hereinafter Referred To As: Team S). 5. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Has Specified Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order - It Requires The Provision Of Services In Accordance With The Standards Set Out In The Provisions Regulating This Scope Of Activity, Indicated In Particular In §3 Of The Draft Contract - Therefore In Fact, Uses The Option Indicated In Art. 246 Section 2 Upzp.
