Selection Of Applicants If There Are More Applicants Than The Number That Can Be Prequalified, Who Are Not Covered By One Or More Of The Exclusion Grounds And Meet The Requirements For Suitability, Applicants Who Best Meet The Following Selection Criteria Will Be Prequalified: Best Possible References.
