The Ordering Party Intends To Carry Out A Task Including Design, Deliveries (Purchases), Construction, Commissioning And Commissioning (Epc) Of A Fully Functional Combined Cycle Gas Power Plant Of The Ccgt Type Connected To A 220 Kv Switchgear, Consisting Of: 4.2.1. Gas And Steam Unit (Bgp), Including Two Or Three Gas Turbines, Two Or Three Waste Heat Boilers And One Steam Turbine, Powered By Steam From Waste Heat Boilers, With A Thermal Power Of Approx. 160 - 250 Mwt For Hot Water Supply And Total Electrical Power Approx. 200 – 270 Mwe. 4.2.2. Gas Engines (Cogeneration Units) With A Total Electrical Power Of Approximately 30 Mwe And Thermal Power Of Approximately 30 Mwt. There Will Be 3 Units (Sg1, Sg2, Sg3) With Heating Exchangers (Glycol - Network Water And Exhaust Gases - Network Water). 4.2.3. Water Treatment Plant. 4.2.4. The Task Includes Preparing Documentation And Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit, Preparing The Construction Site, Carrying Out Design Works, Construction And Assembly Works, Delivering Equipment And Materials, Carrying Out Assembly, Commissioning, Adjustment And Test Movements For Putting The Installation Into Operation, Preparing As-Built Documentation , Conducting Training, Obtaining A Final Decision On The Use Permit And Warranty And Service Support During The Warranty Period. The Scope Of Work Will Be Described After A Dialogue With The Contractors Admitted To The Procedure.
