The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy By A Contractor - Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For Low Voltage At Sites Owned By Municipal Markets Eood, City Of Ruse According To The Attached List Of Users (Appendix No. 1) And Is For Awarding The Supply Of Electrical Energy In The Measurement Location At Freely Agreed Prices, According To Art. 92, Art. 96A, Art. 100, Art. 101, Art. 102 And Art. 103 Of The Energy Act (E) And The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy To Supply The Users Specified In The Participation Documentation From A Low-Voltage Network. The Procedure Is Carried Out In Order To Select A Supplier Of Net Electric Energy, Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, Complete Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And To Bear The Costs Of Imbalances. The Selected Supplier Should Provide The Employer With Consumption Forecasting And Balancing Responsibility. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Client To The Contractor. In Connection With The Above, A Contract For Combined Services Will Be Concluded With The Contractor Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Ptee (Electricity Trading Rules). The Participant Selected As An Executor Should Have A Framework Contract Concluded Under Art. 11 Item 13 In Connection With Art. 23 Of The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy With Elektrorazpradelenie Sever Jsc In Its Capacity As Operator Of The Distribution Network. Before Concluding The Contract, The Participant Selected As The Contractor Should Submit A Certificate From Elektrorazpradelenie Sever Jsc That Between Him, In His Capacity As The Operator Of The Distribution Network, And The Participant, A Framework Contract Has Been Concluded Under Art. 11, Item 13 And In Connection With Art. 23 Of The Electricity Trading Rules. *The Contracting Authority Will Not Conclude A Public Procurement Contract If The Participant Selected As The Contractor Does Not Present A Certified Copy Of The Certificate From Elektrorazpradelenie Sever Jsc, That Between The Same, In Its Capacity As Operator Of The Distribution Network, And The Participant, A Framework Contract Has Been Concluded Under Art. 11, Item 13 And In Connection With Art. 23 Of The Electricity Trading Rules Before Signing The Contract. The Total Estimated Quantity For Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Term Of The Contract Is 1472.13 Mwh. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity That Will Be Supplied For The Duration Of The Contract Is Determined Based On The Energy Consumed In 12 Consecutive Months And Covers The Period From August 2023 To July 2024. The Consumption Is Specified In The Technical Specification. A List Of The Objects /Appendix No. 1/ Is Attached To It. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Is Indicative And Serves Only For Information For The Purposes Of This Order, And Does Not Commit The Employer To Use It.
