The Ict Functions Of The Systems Operation Service Included Are: - Systems Administration And Operation Service. - Network And Communications Administration And Operation Service. - Database Service And Application Support. - Administration And Integration Of The Monitoring Platform. The Exploitation Service Will Be Covered By Two Types Of Services: - A Remote Service That Can Be Multi-Client, And - A Semi-In-Person Service With Full-Time Professionals At The University Of Barcelona. A Minimum Pool Of 70 Hours Per Year Is Established - Calculated By A Senior Administrator - For Scheduled Interventions At The Request Of The University Of Barcelona.
