A summary of our requirements is as follows: Fault resolution - 24/7 support, attendance and resolution for all faults experienced on all electronic security systems within the Dunedin and Wellington campuses and Invercargill, Christchurch and Auckland campuses at some future point, including the following primary systems: Gallagher electronic access control system across the all the Universitys sites and the Universitys residential colleges CCTV system(s) Intruder detection systems Low voltage power supplies supporting all systems detailed above Preventative maintenance Annual preventative maintenance checks of all systems described above including resolution of all and any minor faults found as part of that preventative maintenance check. Server upgrades annual upgrade of the servers to the latest version of Gallagher software. Annual review and approved upgrade of Avigilon server software as required.
