Construction Law Regarding The Post-Consolidation Development Of The Krosin Facility As Part Of The Operation Called Consolidation Of Land Of The Krosin Facility, Krosin Precinct, Połajewo Commune, Czarnków-Trzcianecki Poviat As Part Of The Operation Implemented By The Czarnków-Trzcianecki Poviat Entitled: Consolidation Of Land Of The Krosin Facility, Krosin Precinct, Połajewo Commune, Czarnków-Trzcianecki Poviat The Task Is Implemented Under The Sub-Measure Support For Investments Related To The Development, Modernization And Adaptation Of Agriculture And Forestry With The Participation Of Funds From The European Agricultural Fund For Rural Development Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020. The Subject Of The Order Is A Task Involving On: • Developing Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program; • Obtaining A Building Permit Or Notification Or Other Administrative Decision Necessary To Complete The Investment Task; • Obtaining All Other Administrative Decisions, Derogations From Technical And Construction Regulations, Arrangements And Necessary Opinions To Complete The Investment Task;• Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions If Necessary In The Light Of Applicable Regulations;• Carrying Out Construction Works Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure And Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Of The Works Together With Services That Are Not Construction Works And, If Necessary, Securing Monuments Of Small Architecture, Conducting Archaeological Research, Ensuring Archaeological, Natural And Ornithological Supervision - To The Extent Resulting From Specific Regulations.
