It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Delivery And Maintenance Of It Systems For Quality And Document Management. I. Background To The Tender In This Tender, Region Zealand Wishes To Enter Into A Contract For The Delivery Of A Standard Quality Management System (Qms) (Hereinafter Referred To As The Solution). The Purpose Of The Solution Is To Support The Regions Need To Ensure Quality And Manage Policies, Guidelines And Instructions In Order To Ensure High-Quality Patient Treatment Based On A Common Language And A Common High Standard. As Part Of The Quality, Process And Document Management, The Solution Must Include Functionality To Support: A) Life-Cycle Management Of Documents B) Training Of Documents (Documented Reading) C) Case Management In Iterative Processes (E.G. When Handling Deviations) With Set Up Process Support D) Competence Registration And Management E) Accreditation. It Is Important For Region Zealand That A User-Friendly Solution Is Acquired That Makes All Workflows Digital, Easy And Clear. It Is Also Of Crucial Importance That A Fully Developed And Thoroughly Tested Standard Solution Is Acquired, Which Simply Needs To Be Configured In Relation To The Regions Needs. The Solution Must Replace The Regions Current Qms Solution Used By All Regional Employees. This Means That Users Across All Employee Groups And Organizational Units In The Region Will Have To Have Access To The Future Solution. In Addition, The Solution Must Be Accessible (Via The Customers Ad) By Selected External Users Outside Region Zealand For Limited Periods In Relation To, For Example, External Auditing. The Future Solution Will Thus Be Used By A Total Of Approx. 27,000 Users. The Current Solution Today Contains Approx. 450,000 Current And Archived Documents As Well As Approx. 23,500 Active And Archived Cases (Plus Associated Attachments). The Majority Of These Documents And Cases Must Be Migrated And Converted To The Future Solution As Part Of The Implementation Process. The Solution Must Support Integration To The Customers On-Premise Downtime Solution, Which Is Used In The Event That The Internet Connection And/Or The Solution Are Not Available. The Supplier Must Therefore, As Part Of The Solution, Exhibit An Offline, Read-Only Version Of The Solution, Which Is Installed Via The Customers Robocopy Solution On A Number Of Pcs Distributed In The Region. The Solution Must Also Support That Selected Policies, Guidelines And Instructions Etc. Can Be Exhibited On Region Zealands Publicly Accessible Web Portals. The Solution Must Be Delivered With The Following Integrations/Apis: A) Integration/Api For The Customers User Management (Entra Id-Idp) B) Integration/Api For The Customers Digital Mail (Via Biztalk) C) Integration/Api For The Customers Downtime Solution (Via Biztalk) , Cf. Above D) Integration/Api To The Customers Content Management System, Cf. Above E) Integration/Api To The Customers Sendgrid F) Integration/Api To The Customers Future Third-Party Ai Solution. The Solution Must Be Accessible Via Mobile Devices, And The Supplier Must Continuously Make A Backup Of The Customers Data Available To The Customer. The Supplier Must
