Global Navigation And Positioning Systems (Gps Or Equivalent) – Procurement And Implementation Of A Gps System For Tracking Motor Trains And Locomotives In Real Time, A System For Automatic Announcement Of Official Positions In Motor Trains And A System For Measuring Electricity Consumption In Motor Trains And Locomotives. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Purchase And Sale Of A Gps System For Tracking Motor Trains And Locomotives In Real Time, A System For Automatic Announcement Of Official Positions In Motor Trains And A System For Measuring Electricity Consumption In Motor Trains And Locomotives Together With A Software Web Solution On A Central Server (Hereinafter: Systems ). The Systems That Are The Subject Of Procurement Are Procured On A Turnkey Basis, Which Implies That All Equipment (Hardware And Software), Installation And Installation Of Hardware And Software, And Education And Training Of The Clients Workers Should Be Offered. The Software Web Solution, Which Is Also The Subject Of Procurement, Should Be Delivered As A Cloud Variant Of Hosting In Which The Client Does Not Own The It Infrastructure, But The System Is Located On A Virtual Server (I.E. The Cloud). The Software Web Solution On The Central Server Processes The Databases In Which The Tracking Records Obtained From The Computers Of The Gps Devices From The Railway Vehicles Via The Mobile Internet Are Stored. Data On The Positions Of Railway Vehicles Are Processed In The Software Web Solution And Are Used To Display The Tracking Of All Railway Vehicles In The Clients Fleet. The Central Server Hosts The Website Of The Program Web Solution In The Croatian Language And Latin Script, Through Which The Clients Staff Can Access The Data Displayed On The Digital Maps Of The Republic Of Croatia In Real Time With The Display Of All Railway Lines And Railway Official Places On The Screens. The Website Also Provides A Record Of Kilometers Traveled And A Historical Display Of The Position Of Railway Vehicles. The Central Server Also Houses An Api, Which Is Part Of A Software Web Solution That Enables The Availability Of Data On The Tracking Of Railway Vehicles. The Software Web Solution And Api Is Developed And Maintained By The Economic Entity For The Duration Of The Contractual Relationship. The Subject Of Procurement Includes All Software And Equipment Required For The Implementation Of The Requested System, Specified In The Technical Specification Of This Procurement Documentation And The Attachment Professional Background That Forms An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation, Including Cables, Relevant Equipment And All Software Required To Fulfill The Requested Functional And Technical Requirements And The Obligation To Allow Full And Uninterrupted Operation In Full Functionality. With This Procurement Documentation, The Client Clearly Defined The Technical Specification Of The Required System And Equipment, Which Determined What The System Should Include, I.E. What Functionalities It Should Have. Everything Determined By The Technical Specification Must Be Delivered And Implemented And Put Into Full Operation In Accordance With The Deadlines Established By The Relevant Procurement Procedure, And The Same Is Included In The Price Of The Offer.
