The Client Provides Its Need For Statutory Audits, Including Financial Audits, Legal-Critical Audits, Ongoing Management Audits, Ordinary Financial Audits, It Audits, Mitid Audits And Nsis Audits In Accordance With The Relevant Legislation. The Tenderer Will Be Settled With One Fixed Annual Fee For The Statutory Audit. Included In The Fee For The Statutory Audit Is Also An Audit Of Mitid. The Ordering Party Also Offers An Option To Purchase The Statutory Audit Of Nsis, For A Fixed Annual Fee. Furthermore, The Ordering Party Provides Its Need For Supplementary Services, Which Are Described In More Detail In Contract Annex 1 - Specification Of Requirements, And Which Will Be Task-Dependent And Remunerated According To The Offerors Offered Hourly Rates For The Various Employee Categories. The Audit Task Includes All Accounts And Accounting Areas Belonging To The Ordering Party And In Accordance With The Relevant Legislation In The Area, Including The Executive Order On The Municipalities Budget And Accounting System, Audit Etc.
