Renovation Of Harju Stadium And New Grandstand Building, Field Contract The Construction Site Includes Renovation Of Harju Stadium And New Grandstand Building - Construction Of The Project In Accordance With The Attached Contract Calculation Documents. The Place Of Construction Is Jyväskylä, Address Ihantolantie 3, 40100 Jyväskylä. The Project Is Carried Out According To The Plans Commissioned By The Customer As A Divided Contract, Where The Contractors Are In A Direct Contractual Relationship With The Customer. The Construction Contractor Is The Main Contractor Who Is Responsible For Site Management Duties And Coordinates The Construction Through Subordination Agreements. The Customer Acquires The Field, Security And Automation Contracts, Which Are Performed As Side Contracts Subordinated To The Main Contractor In Accordance With The Rt 80271 Subordination Agreement. The Field Contract Includes The Works Included In The Basic Improvement Of The Sports Field According To The Plans Mentioned In The List Of Documents, Which Includes E.G. Demolition And Reconstruction Of Field Structures And Construction Of New Performance Venues. The Work Includes The Installation Of All Flexible Permanent Pavements With Base Structures, The Renewal Of The Center Fields Growing Medium And Turf, The Field Structures Cable Routes With Wells, And The Renewal Of Field Electrification And Data.
