The Amalgamation Of The Existing Offices Into The New Headquarters Creates A Demand For Significantly Higher Internet Bandwidth That For What The Current Contracts Provisions Were Signed. Despite The Validity And Remaining Ceiling Of The Current Framework Contract, It Lacks The Flexibility Required To Accommodate These Enhanced Services Through A New Specific Contract. This Situation Necessitates The Establishment Of A New Technical Specification Tailored To The Unique Requirements Of The Bif Towers Infrastructure.
