The Framework Agreement Includes The Purchase Of Lighting Fixtures For Hillerød Municipality. The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into For A 2-Year Period With The Option Of Extending The Framework Agreement Up To 2 Times Of 12 Months Each. Hillerød Municipality Wishes To Conclude The Framework Agreement With One Supplier. The Framework Agreement Relates To The Supply Of Five Types Of Lighting Fixtures. In Addition, The Agreement Contains Options For The Purchase Of Ra 90 Per As Well As Tunable-White (Tw) On All Five Light Fixture Types. The Suppliers Products Must Be Covered By An All-In Guarantee Of At Least 5 Years. In Addition, The Framework Agreement Contains Options To Extend The Guarantee From 5 Years To 7 And 10 Years Respectively. The Expected Contract Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Dkk 8 Million. If The Applicant Does Not Meet One Or More Of The Requirements, Attention Is Drawn To The Possibility Of Supporting The Application On The Basis Of The Technical And Professional Ability Of Other Entities According To Section 144 Of The Public Procurement Act.
