Meals-On-Wheels Services – Provision Of Food Service For Searched Citizens. The Tender Relates To The Supply Of Food Service To Searched Citizens In Frederikshavn Municipality In Accordance With Section 83 Of The Service Act. In This Tender, Up To Three Parallel Framework Agreements Are Offered For The Supply Of Food Service To Searched Citizens In Their Own Homes. The Clients Expected Consumption On All Parallel Framework Agreements Amounts To Dkk 6,700,000 Excl. Vat Annually, Based On Historical Consumption. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreements Is Dkk 33,500,000 Excl. Vat The Difference Between The Expected Value And The Maximum Value Is Due To A Relatively Unpredictable Market, Including Especially With Regard To Inflation And An Uncertainty About The Extent To Which Searchable Citizens Approach Food Service At The Ordering Party. The Framework Agreements Entail Only A Right And Not An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase A Certain Value, Particularly As A Result Of The Citizens Free Choice In Accordance With Section 91 Of The Service Act.
