Tenders are invited for Training on Entrepreneurship and Business Development and Related Skills The services included under this assignment are; Desk review of project documentation, training manual, and existing material on entrepreneurship and business management, financial management, conflict resolution, disability inclusion, and women empowerment; Preparing training curriculum, and manual; Conducting a practical and robust training on the specified topics for target beneficiaries; Support each interested beneficiary to develop one business plans and developing tools on roll out and monitoring of entrepreneurship and business management, financial management and women empowerment by staff; Conducting a 3-day wrap-up training that reviews the developed business plans and mixed with supplementary training for 10 most innovative and promising youth-led enterprises including providing them with seed capital and linking them to financing sources such as Youth Enterprise Revolving Fund and RDF and the market; Submitting a training report to guide future interventions on apprenticeship selection and cost-sharing arrangements and funding of business plans.
