On September 4, 2024 the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) granted an extension of the Period of Performance (POP) for the FEMA-4676-DR-IL Disaster Case Management Program (DCMP). This no-cost extension allows an additional three months for theDisaster Case Management team to continue supporting the disaster survivors in St. Clair County, Illinois. This change order is being issued to reflect the new POP and final contract term.
