Elering As Is Renovating The 110Kv Switchboards Of The Tusti Substation. Renovation Is Carried Out Using The Turnkey Method. Turnkey Means That All Equipment Within The Scope Of The Project Is Delivered Together With The Necessary Design Work, Installed, Set Up, Checked, Etc. And Finally Handed Over To The Customer In Energized Form. Buildings And Facilities Are Designed And Constructed And Handed Over To The Customer In A Finished Form. All Supplied Equipment Must Be Installed And Put Into Operation By The Contractor. Tusti Substation Is Located In Tusti Village, Muhu Parish, Saare County. The Exact Conditions Are Set Out In The Procurement Documents.
