The Objective Of This Tender Is To Provide The Accounting Services Of The Contracting Authority In An Optimal And Sustainable Manner. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Achieve This Goal Through A European Public Tender. This Procedure Was Chosen Because The Estimate Of This Assignment Falls Above The Threshold For European Tendering. The Goal Is To Enter Into An Agreement With A Certified Accountant For The Audit. In Addition, The Accountant Will Fulfill A Natural Advisory Role For The Executive Board, The Supervisory Board, The Head Of Control And The Head Of Finance Of Has. The Further Aim Is To Conclude An Agreement For A Period Of 36 Months Plus Two Optional Extensions Of 24 Months, Starting With The Audit For The 2025 Financial Year. Extension Is By Mutual Consent. The Contractor Can Indicate That It Wishes To Cancel/Not To Renew At Least 12 Months Before The Start Of An Extension. Current Expenditure, Including Funding Checks For The Audit Of The Annual Accounts, Amounts To Approximately €95,000 Plus Approximately €20,000 For Advice And Subsidized Research, Both Amounts Excluding Vat. The Expectations For The Various Registration Rates For This Tender Are Expected To Be At The Same Level.
