Construction Works Include In Particular: 1) Demolition Of Walls, Including Removal And Disposal Of Rubble; 2) Demolition And Re-Building Of Chimneys, Together With Removal And Disposal Of Rubble; 3) Demolition Of Floors, Including Sleepers, Removal Of Rubble And Disposal; 4) Demolition Works Ceilings With Insulation, Concrete Layer And Removal And Disposal Of Rubble;5) Construction Of New Partition Walls;6) Removal Of Debris From Chimneys;7) Construction Of New Vinyl Panel Floors With Insulation;8) Construction Of New Ceilings With Insulation;9) Installation Of Joinery Door; 10) Interior Finishing Works; 11) Replacement Of Damaged Elements, Strengthening Of Remaining Elements Of The Roof Structure Along With Fire Protection Impregnation. Construction; 12) Waterproofing Of Walls And Surface Finishing; 13) Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation; 14) Installation Of Refrigeration Installation (Air Conditioners); 15) Adaptation Of The Water, Sewage And Central Heating Installation. Additional Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.5. Due To The Specificity Of The Building And The Fact That Construction Works Are Being Performed In An Existing Building, The Ordering Party Requires That The Submission Of An Offer Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit. Submitting An Offer Without An On-Site Visit Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18) Ppl 6. If Proper Names Or Trademarks Are Used In The Design Documentation Or In Stwior Or Other Documents Made Available To The Contractor, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard, And These Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design And Technical Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials He Uses Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
