It Includes, Among Others: - Demolition And Demolition Works; - Construction Of Partition Walls; - Installation Of New Layers Of Flooring On The Ceiling; - Replacement Of Door Joinery; - Installation Of Suspended Ceilings; - Laying Ceramic Tiles On The Walls And Floor; - Plastering And Painting The Walls; - Installation Of Hpl Cabins; - Installation Of Sanitary Equipment; - Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation; - Renovation Of The Water And Sewage System; - Renovation Of The Central Heating System And Radiators; - Installation Of Sanitary Fittings And Utensils; - Renovation Of The Electrical Installation; - Installation Of New Lighting Fixtures And Other Electrical Equipment; - Delivery And Installation Of Sanitary Equipment. The Contractor Should Provide A Full Warranty For The Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order (For The Entire Order - Materials, Devices, Equipment, Labor) For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months (3 Years) In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Warranty Statement.
