3.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Repair Services For Control Devices (Automation) Of The Fire Alarm System At The Naval Museum In Gdynia.3.2. Automation Repair Involves The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Complete Automation System Dedicated To Firepro Aerosol Units, Together With The Implementation And Consultation With A Fire Protection Expert. Technical Documentation.3.3. The Contractor Must Have An Authorization Certificate For The Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Device System From The Manufacturer Firepro And An Authorization Certificate From The Manufacturer Of The Schrack Seconet System, I.E. Fire Extinguishing And Fire Protection Devices Installed In The Museum. 3.4. Due To The Nature And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Complete The Order With The Participation Of People With Appropriate Qualifications And Experience. The Conditions Regarding The Experience Of Persons Assigned To Perform The Contract Are Specified In Point 7.4 A) And Point 7.4.B) Of The Swz. The Requirement Regarding The Coordinators Qualifications Results From The Need To Technically Accept The Subject Of The Order At The Facility And Hand It Over To The Ordering Party.3.5. The Subject Of The Agreement Will Be Performed In An Active Facility Open To Visitors, Therefore The Method Of Carrying Out The Work Must Ensure The Safety Of Property And People Staying On The Premises. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Work In A Way That Will Be As Least Burdensome As Possible For The Ordering Partys Operation, While Maintaining Health And Safety Regulations.
