The Participating Districts have, therefore, identified a need to outsource Endoscopy services for an initial period of three (3) years, with two (2) rights of renewal of two (2) years each. The objective of this Request for Proposal Response Process is to facilitate the establishment of a Panel to deliver options for best public value for Participating Districts, which is consistent with the expectations of both the Office of the Auditor-General and District obligations to balance ethical and sound commercial practices, within a robust, transparent and fair process. We invite Proposals from Service Providers who meet the clinical, commercial, and other requirements set out in the RFP and who wish to be appointed to the Panel. Participating Districts as follows: Health NZ Te Manawa Taki Region comprises Hauora a Toi Bay of Penty, Lakes, Tairwhiti, Taranaki and Waikato Districts (Participating Districts). Health NZ Central Region comprises Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Taraua MidCental, Te Matau a Mui Hawkes Bay, Capital Coast & Hutt Valley, Wairarapa and Whanganui Districts (Participating Districts). Health NZ Te Waipounamu Region comprises Nelson Marlborough, Waitaha Canterbury, Te Tai o Poutini West Coast, South Canterbury, and Southern Districts (Participating Districts).
