ECans existing FMIS - Microsoft Navision which is an on-premise solution will reach its end-of-life support in April 2026. Therefore, after a thorough analysis and comparison, ECan has decided to proceed with a fit-for-purpose, secured, resilient and user-friendly implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The solution implementation should consider the following aspects: Support in fulfilling the financial needs of Environment Canterburys 3 core services. A modern cloud first approach. Modern reporting solution to improve availability of insights to all stakeholders. We must create a seamless integration landscape to improve communication between platforms.
