The Contract Applies To The Delivery Of Charging Points To Rudersdal Municipality, Health And Prevention, Which Is Expected To Have 70 New Charging Points In Operation By 1 April 2025. The Charging Outlets Must Be Established At Three Known Locations Distributed Geographically In Rudersdal Municipality. The Contract Includes The Delivery Of A Total Of 70 Charging Sockets. A Contract Is Being Offered For The Complete Establishment Of Min. 11 Kw Ac Charging Socket In The Form Of Either Charging Stands Or Wall-Mounted Charging Points, Henceforth Referred To As Charging Sockets. The Supplier Must Be Responsible For All Establishment Of Charging Sockets Incl. Ordering Any New Supply From The Utility Company. The Customer Pays For Network Connection, Including Any Extra Amps. Likewise, The Supplier Must Be Responsible For Service And Maintenance Of The Charging Sockets. Service Must Be In The Form Of A Service Agreement Valid For Five Years With The Option Of An Extension For 5 X 1 Years. It Is Not Considered Appropriate To Divide The Contract Into Sub-Contracts In View Of The Size And Nature Of The Contract.
